1. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

The Nominating Committee will confirm the slate of officers and the Chair will ask for a vote.

2. APPROVAL OF JUNE 3, 2008 MINUTES 

3. REPORT ON JUNE 24, 2008 MEETING OF BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

4. RECOMMENDATION OF RESOLUTION #08-25 – APPROVAL OF ALTERNATES RETAINED FOR DETAILED STUDY FOR THE RED LINE TRANSIT PROJECT

A representative of the Maryland Transit Administration will describe the proposed alternates for approval by the TC.

5. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #08-26 – AMENDMENT TO FISCAL YEAR 2009 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #08-26 in support of an amendment to the FY 2009 UPWP.

6. RECOMMENDATION OF RESOLUTION #08-27 – APPROVAL OF PREFERRED ALTERNATE FOR MD 295 FROM MD 100 TO I-195 AND HANOVER ROAD

A representative of the State Highway Administration will describe the recommended alternate for approval by the TC.

7.  RECOMMENDATION OF RESOLUTION #08-28 - AMENDING THE FY 2008 - 2012 BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

A representative from MDOT/SHA will describe the amendments to the TIP for the approval of the TC.

8. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

9. PROGRESS REPORT ON FY 2008 UPWP PROJECTS

BMC staff will present progress reports on UPWP projects. Topics of discussion will include:

  • Northeast Corridor Scope of Work
  • Highlights of Travel Trend Data
10. OTHER BUSINESS
