Regional Procurement Diversity Expo 2008
Over 300 motivated business people attended the 2008 Expo designed to provide a one-stop venue for those seeking to do business with regional government and educational procurement offices. Positive remarks from those attending bore witness to the time and volunteer effort that was necessary to assure the success of the event.
The 2008 Regional Procurement Diversity Expo provided minority-owned, woman-owned and small businesses an opportunity to network and learn about procurement opportunities with local procurement officials from the governments, public schools, community colleges and libraries in 7 jurisdictions: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard Counties, City of Annapolis, City of Baltimore and the Maryland Department of General Services.
