1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (2 min.)

2. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM APRIL 14TH MEETING (2 min.)

3. LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF ACCESS TO SIGNAL TIMING (20 min.)

Group discussion on the potential impacts of providing access to signal timing data under litigation.

4. SETTING UP LEADING/LAGGING LEFT TURN PHASE BY TIME OF DAY (10 min.)

Howard County has experimented with the concept of changing the left turn phasing by time of day.

5. FHWA REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS WORKSHOP (10 min.)

Kevin Lee (Kittleson) will provide an update on the Regional Traffic Signal Operations Workshop held on April 29-30 in Baltimore, Maryland.

6. 2008 TRAFFIC SIGNAL FORUM (20 min.)

Committee will finalize date/location and begin discussion on potential topics/speakers.

7. FIELD VISIT - SIGNALIZED ROUNDABOUT AT MD 100/SNOWDEN RIVER PARKWAY (60 min.)

8. OTHER BUSINESS

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day.  If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.  Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
