AGENDA

1.  WELCOME AND SELF-INTRODUCTIONS (5 Minutes)

2.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 2, 2008 MEETING
     (5 Minutes)

3. REPORT ON APRIL 15TH TRAFFIC INCIDENT MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE (10 Minutes)

Eileen Singleton will provide an overview of the conference and report evaluation results. Others who attended will also have the opportunity to provide their comments on the conference.

4. DISCUSSION OF ISSUES FOR THE B-ROC COMMITTEE TO PURSUE (45 Minutes)

Attendees will discuss issues that were raised at the February 2nd B-ROC Committee meeting and the April 15th Traffic Incident Management Conference to identify the most important issues to follow-up on.

5. POST-INCIDENT LESSONS LEARNED DISCUSSION – MANAGING STADIUM EVENT TRAFFIC (30 Minutes)

Alvin Marquess and Patty Murawski will provide an overview of lessons learned from planning and managing traffic for stadium events.

6. OTHER BUSINESS (15 Minutes)

  • Update on the Traffic Incident Management On-line Course - can be found at the following link: www.dci-projects.com/TIM
  • Items of interest from Committee members – Attendees will have the opportunity to share incident management activities in which they are involved that may be of interest to others
