1. APPROVAL OF MAY 3, 2011 TC MINUTES  

2. REPORT OF MAY 24, 2011 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION

The TC will be asked to recommend for approval Resolution #11-28, in support of several amendments to the 2011-2014 TIP for the following projects: MD 175, I-695, Areawide Congestion Management, Areawide Safety & Spot Improvement, and Areawide Environmental Projects. 

4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION

The TC will be asked to recommend for approval Resolution #11-29, establishing the goal for the FY 2012 BRTB DBE program. 

5. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION

The TC will be asked to recommend for approval  Resolution #11-30, adopting the region's 2008 model validation to be used in analyzing and evaluating transportation demand in Unfied Planning Work Program tasks, including conformity determination of the upcoming Long-Range Regional Transportation Plan.

6. REPORT FROM THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The Nominating Committee will offer a slate of officers for FY 2012.

7. PLAN IT 2035

BMC staff will share progress with current and ongoing tasks.

  • Discussion on Funding Options
  • Discussion on Draft Project Prioritization 

8. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS

 BMC staff will present information on current UPWP projects, including:

  • PECAS Update
  • TAZ Update
